Pierre is a graduate chemical engineer from the University of Karlsruhe (KIT, Germany, 1997) specialising in applied mathematics (stochastic modeling), holds an MBA from Henley Management College (Oxfordshire, United Kingdom, 2002). In 2014, he received the certificate in strategy and leadership from Harvard Business School.

In 1997, he began his career at Arbed in various roles (production, strategy, business intelligence) and countries (Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Brazil, France). Pierre was promoted in 2002 director of management programs at Arcelor's corporate university to create 1,200 man-days of training per year for the group’s 500 executives.

In 2005, he joined the strategy consulting firm A.T. Kearney in Amsterdam as a senior manager to serve large industrial accounts. 2007 was the year of the return to Luxembourg at PwC to strengthen its management consultancy sector.

In 2010, EY recruited Pierre as executive director, promoted in 2015 to partner and member of the market committee in the role of a responsible leader for the public and the SME sector.

In April 2018, he created his own MANGHINI consulting firm specializing in strategic transformation with the philosophy to become a learning technology organisation.
